FM Coin is a utility token on the Base blockchain (Coinbase L2) classified under MiCA (EU 2023/1114). It grants access to the FM community platform and has no purpose beyond that. FM Coin is not a security, financial instrument, currency, or investment product.
One FM Coin per wallet. Indivisible (0 decimals). Binary membership: you hold 1 (member) or 0 (non-member). All members have equal access. No promise of value, liquidity, or appreciation.

All transactions in USDC on Base. No fiat currency is accepted. One purchase per wallet.
14-day cooling-off period
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days by calling the withdrawPurchase() function on the FMCommunity contract. Your FM Coin is returned and your USDC is refunded in full. After 14 days, the purchase is final. This right applies only to initial purchases, not secondary transfers.
Waiver by service use (Art. 13(4)):
If you begin using community services (register for an event, check in, have attendance confirmed, or transfer your membership), your withdrawal right is automatically and irrevocably waived. Creating a profile alone does not waive this right.

FM Coin may lose all value. Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities. Regulatory changes may affect the token. If you lose your wallet keys, your FM Coin cannot be recovered. Only purchase if you intend to participate in the community and can afford to lose the entire amount.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
